Can I use On The Spot Healthcare as my primary care provider?
No, our services are limited to acute non-emergent medical conditions and are not a substitute for routine primary care. We believe it is important for you to have an established relationship with a primary care provider to address any ongoing medical conditions. We can however, send your visit notes to your primary care provider so they are aware of your visit and your treatment plan.
Will my insurance company reimburse me for the house call visit?
Typically most insurance companies will often reimburse anywhere between 30-80% of the house call fee as an "out of network" provider. At the end of your visit we will provide you with an itemization of all the visit charges know as a "superbill". This superbill will outline all the required diagnosis codes (ICD-9) and any procedure codes (CPT codes) your insurance provider will need to process the insurance claim you submit. Please contact your insurance company to find out more on reimbursement and the process of submitting a claim.

We are a fee-for-service practice and payment for your visit is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We can also accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to pay for your visit. To find out more about our fees please click here.
